Today’s Work: Thursday 12/4/25
🎯 Went over to @dbatcolumbiabasin today and got some solid hitting work in.
🚴🏾 I also started a mountain bike project, excited to see how it comes out.

Today’s work: Wednesday 12/3/25
🚴‍♂️ Rode about 10 miles to and from school.
⚾ Got some hitting in for baseball, had to do some modifications on the machine first but was still able to get the work in.
🏊‍♂️ Wrapped up the day with swim team — rough one today, but I’ll make sure to bring more energy tomorrow.

Today’s work: Monday 12/1/25
⚾️ Got in about an hour of tee work/hitting and 45 minutes of throwing.
🏋️‍♂️ Followed it up with a workout: explosive jumping trap bar deadlifts, and rotational med ball work.
🏈 Had my end of season football banquet tonight as well. Great to see everyone there, eating and having a good time.
🏊‍♂️ Finished the day with swim team + another lift after practice: plyometric jumps. touched rim for the first time on the basketball hoop 🎉, kettlebell farmer walks, split squats, and kettlebell jumps.
