Accountability When No One’s Watching

One thing I’ve noticed throughout my journey as an athlete is that it’s much easier to work hard when someone is watching than when no one is around. Filming myself while training helps me stay accountable because I know I’ll be reviewing my effort later. Watching the footage allows me to analyze my performance, make adjustments, and refine my technique. This builds confidence and reinforces my commitment to holding myself to a high standard—both as an athlete and as a person. The effort and focus I put into training always show up when it matters most: in the game.
